I unexpectedly needed to get a phone since my current one stopped working. It sucks to have to spend so much on something unexpected, but I’m grateful that I’m in a position where I can afford it (yay for saving and no buy month). I don’t have a separate “Technology” category since I rarely purchase technology. In the meantime, I’m tracking it under “Misc”. We had a short trip to visit friends and our friends were sweet to pay for some of our meals. Proud of making it through the “No Buy January” without buying any skincare and clothes.

I have some credit from ThredUp from selling some old clothes so hoping to use those funds to replace old intimates. I’m also going to try being more strict about buying skincare as lately my skincare has been more sensitive. Some of the products I bought last year are travel size so I think by the time my skin adjusts, I finished the product and on to the next one. I also want to ensure I use what I have before getting backups. I might indulge and get a massage in February. I’ve been thinking about it for months, especially since I tend to hold a lot of tension in my shoulders.
